Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of the services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) provided on this e-commerce site by KanjiLife (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”). Users of this site (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) are required to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

The User shall not transfer or lend their User ID and password to any third party under any circumstances. If a login is made with a matching combination of User ID and password with the registered information, we will consider it to be made by the User themselves.

 

Article 4 (Usage Fees and Payment Method)

The User shall pay the usage fees for the Services, as separately determined and displayed on this website, by the method specified by us.

 

Article 5 (Returns and Cancellations)

Returns and cancellations are not accepted unless the product is defective. In the case of a defect, we will provide an exchange or refund if notified within 7 days of product delivery.

 

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following acts in using the Services:
(1) Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
(2) Acts related to criminal activity.
(3) Acts that disrupt or interfere with our server or network functions.
(4) Acts that may hinder the operation of our Services.

Article 17 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
In the event of a dispute regarding the Services, the court having jurisdiction over our head office location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
